What do you feed your CO and why?

Mine gets a variety of different ingredients. The ingredients and amounts vary slightly depending on her activity level/what kind of work she'll be doing, weather and what happens to be on sale at the time.

Ingredients include:

- Raw Chicken - Pieces; anything from quartered legs to spines, cut up breast meat and wings. Also hearts, kidneys, livers that come in gizzard packages at the store.
- Beef - Typically a hamburger type Ground Chuck and beef hearts
- Venison - Around hunting season there's a LOT of spare rib cages, shoulders and throats that many deer processors simply throw out.
- Sardines - the store bought kind.
- Suet - To balance out higher meat/protein meals
- Raw Eggs
- Baby Carrots
- Greens - Spinach leaves, Turnip tops, Snapped green beans ends
- Raw Pumpkin (no seeds)
- Kefir - for probiotic enzymes

We use a small amount of Innove Evo kibble (Large breed and Red Meat mixed 50/50) and split 1 can of Evo wet food (Usually Venison, Beef, or Rabbit) between 5 dogs.

I suck at Chess because you can't Blitzkreig... or, at least, you SHOULDN'T!

Hi Kris,
we feed raw food only. Meat with bones in. Usually chicken, turkey, port, or rabbit plus Yogurt, eggs, and veggies. Nothing is ground since the dogs have built-in grinders.
